The Book

A guidebook is currently under progress that connects the timeless ideas of classical thinkers with the empirical findings of modern leadership research — exploring how ancient concepts like purpose, character, and practical wisdom translate into the decisions leaders face every day.

This book will be a guiding principle for the mentoring sessions, but contains several brief coaching methodologies to be used along the coaching sessions.
