Where Wind Meets Wisdom
Sophia Ventis — Wisdom of Winds. Two faculties that have carried us for millennia: the discernment to see the goal, and the drive to move toward it.
Sophia Ventis rests on one simple conviction: the best leaders — and the best teams — don't need another framework; they need a clearer read on their own balance. Drawing on the great thinkers, from Aristotle to Kierkegaard, and grounded in contemporary leadership research, we work together to help you see your current leadership settings, help the team become aware of how it works, and — as a leader or as a team — make the small adjustments that bring out the best in the organization or in you as a leader, when it matters most.
What We Offer
Four ways to work together — three one-to-one, one with your team.
One to one
Solution-Focused Coaching — Forward-looking sessions where we work on the solution instead of the problem. We start with where you want to be — and map the shortest path to get there.
Solution-Focused Mentoring — Mentoring brings two decades of senior leadership experience to your situation — guidance for real decisions, sharpened with solution-focused method.
Leadership Development — A structured arc through philosophy, leadership theory, and psychology, with goal-clarification built into every session. Less about a single situation, more about who you are becoming as a leader.
For teams
Organizational Development — Solution-focused work with teams, built around our 'Code: LOVE' approach — Listening, Openness, Vulnerability, Empathy — a culture of psychological safety that turns group dynamics into shared direction and momentum.
The one-to-one offerings come as a single session or a 3, 6, or 12-session journey; organizational development runs as a 3, 6, or 12-session engagement. The larger journeys include time on the water. For coaching and mentoring, a standalone Wind Edition is also available — a single long session of thinking under sail on Lake Balaton.
The Book
A personal note: I'm currently writing Sophia Ventis — Wisdom of Winds, where I connect the timeless ideas of classical thinkers with the empirical findings of modern leadership research — exploring how classical concepts like purpose, character, and practical wisdom translate into the decisions leaders face every day.
The book is the backbone of the leadership development journey — and several of its methods also shape the coaching, mentoring and organizational work.
