Solution Focused Mentoring

Sessions where more than two decades of leadership experience meet a solution-focused method. We look at a real situation you are facing, draw on everything that already works, and bring my experience alongside it to shape an image of a future worth moving toward — while you stay the one who decides what fits and what comes next.

Instructions

• For a one-off session (1-Session or Wind Edition): you'll be routed to a Purchase page, and afterwards you can schedule the session directly from the available slots.

• For a package (3-Session, 6-Session, 12-Session): you'll be routed to a Purchase page, where you'll receive your Package Voucher and Scheduling Link. Use the voucher at the Scheduling Link to book each of your sessions. Please note the expiry dates listed below.

Options

1-Session — A single online 60-minute session, scheduled immediately after purchase.

Wind Edition — A single in-person, four-hour session aboard the sailing yacht Sophia Ventis, moored in Balatonkenese, Hungary. The session contains approx. 2 hours net mentoring with 4 hours total on-board time. The exact location is shared after purchase. Weather conditions may require rescheduling to a more suitable date.

3-Session — A package of 3 online sessions, 60 minutes each. Scheduled one by one after purchase, within 3 months of purchase.

6-Session — A package of 6 sessions: 5 online sessions of 60 minutes, plus one four-hour session aboard the sailing yacht Sophia Ventis, moored in Balatonkenese, Hungary. Scheduled one by one after purchase, within 6 months of purchase. The exact location is shared after purchase. Weather and seasonal conditions may require rescheduling the on-water session to a more suitable date.

12-Session — A package of 12 sessions: 10 online sessions of 60 minutes, plus two four-hour sessions aboard the sailing yacht Sophia Ventis, moored in Balatonkenese, Hungary. Scheduled one by one after purchase, within 12 months of purchase. The exact location is shared after purchase. Weather and seasonal conditions may require rescheduling the on-water sessions to a more suitable date.
